NFL Week 3 Monday Night Football PRIMETIME!!!!

NFL Sunday Week 3

4-5 (13-16-2) (45%)

Green Bay Packers (-3) at Seattle Seahawks

Russel Wilson has had 2 great starts for the Seattle Seahawks this season and is definately making a name for himself in the National Football League. But my pick is with the Green Bay Packers. Even though the Seahawks are 17-8 on Monday Night Football. Packers have more experience and an amazing defense. My pick is Green Bay -3

 NCAA Football…

NCAA Football Week 3

This week was a good week for NCAA there were no real big upsets other than Stanford beating USC but let’s face it Barkley is 0-4 against them. Virginia Tech traveled to Pittsburgh to face the Panthers and played as bad as they did against Georgia Tech in the home opener. Alabama is still #1, Oregon is still dominating and has the best uniforms in the college football. Be sure to check back for my top 25 picks for week 4.

NFL Week 2

HOLY CRAP!!! These replacement officials are horrible. Why can’t they get it together and come back to save this season…or at least try to. The call they made or should i say didn’t make against the Eagles for pass interference…C’mon man!!! Let’s not forget about one of the worst Monday Night Football starts with Peyton throwing 3 interceptions. I have to give him credit though for trying to make a comeback in the 2nd half. All in all I think this has been an all around weird start to the 2012 NFL season.

Be sure to check back for my NCAA top 25 picks and Week 3 NFL picks!!!

Week 2 Monday Night Football 9/17/12 Free Daily Picks

Ok here we go for the 2nd week of Monday Night Football 2-2 yesterday making our record 9-10-2 (47%)

Denver Broncos vs. Atlanta Falcons 8:30pm

Over 52.5

This is going to be a very exciting game with two very explosive offenses going head to head!!

Peyton Manning and the new Denver Broncos travel east to face Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome. Peyton coming off a huge win in his debut as a Bronco and his return to the NFL after sitting out the last 20+ months due to multiple neck surgeries. If there was any question on whether not he can still play the game they were definitely answered in week 1. Passing for 250+ yards with 2 touchdowns and completing over 70% of his passes. Be ready for this fast paced no huddle offense through the air and on the ground, especially with Willis McGahee in the backfield as he ran for over 90 yards last week.

Atlantas offense is just as powerful. They are also coming into this game with a big win in week 1. Matt Ryan had an explosive first week coming up just short of 300 passing yards with 3 touchdowns and completing nearly 75% of his passes. With Julio Jones, Roddy White and big boy Tony Gonzalez as Ryan’s go to guys expect this to be another 300 yard game. However, don’t sleep on Michael Turner in the backfield as he wants to redeem himself from a 84 yard rushing game last week.

I predict this to be a high scoring game with Atlanta coming out on top 34-21

September 16, 2012 NFL Week 2 Free Daily Picks

All 4 games I am taking are 3 point spreads

Pick #3 Minnesota Vikings (-3) Vs Indianapolis Colts

Pick #4 Dallas Cowboys (-3) Vs Seattle Seahawks

September 10, 2012 Monday Night Football Daily Picks

Slow start to the NFL season going 1-2-1 yesterday making my NFL season stand at 2-2-1 and 7-6-2 overall (54%)

MNF Pick #1

Cincinnati Bengals (+7) Vs Baltimore Ravens

This game comes down to offensive execution on third down. If Flacco can convert a high percentage of third downs and allow Ray Rice to pound away and wear down the Bengals defense, this could be a long night for the Bengals.  However I don’t see that happening tonight.  I feel the difference in this game will be the Bengals making big Defensive stops and Andy Dalton creating scoring opportunities.

MNF Pick #2

San Diego Chargers Vs Oakland Raiders (-1)

Look for the Chargers to start the season off slow as usual and be unable to stop the Raiders on the ground.

September 9, 2012 Sunday Night Pick

Sunday Night Football!

Opening week hasn’t been the best week ever for me but it is exactly what the opening weekend of football is for.  Too gain better knowledge of each team to help you make decisions throughout the season.

Sunday Night Play: Pittsburg Steelers Vs Denver Broncos (-2.5)

Peyton Manning does to a defense exactly what the Steelers defense does to an offense. Cause complete Havoc.  There are alot of questions to how Manning will perform this season and how well the team chemistry will be, but regardless how the season turns out Peyton Manning is a GAMER.  Week 1 Sunday Night Prime Time Game I would be hard pressed to pick against Peyton.  Take he Broncos minus the points.

September 8, 2012 College Football Free Daily Picks

Welcome to another great weekend of football!

College picks now and NFL picks will be posted tonight.

(1-0 Yesterday) 6-3 Overall 67%

Pick #1: Florida Vs Texas A&M (PK)

This is not only the first game of the season for Texas A&M but also the first home game the Aggies will host as a new member of the SEC.  The Gators didn’t look very sharp on either side of the ball in last weeks opener against Bowling Green winning 27-14 and I see that to continue today.  Turnovers and the new up tempo offense the Aggies run will be a problem for the Gators.  Texas A&M will get their first SEC victory in front of their home crowd.

Pick #2 NC State (-3) Vs Connecticut

Going up against a Veteran offensive line injuries on the Huskies Defense will be one of the key factors in todays match up.  Wolfpack’s Star QB Mike Glennon had a week 1 game he would like to forget throwing 4 picks and I see him finding his groove again today by establishing the running game early and making better passing decisions down the field. Player to watch: NC State Corner David Amerson – setting an ACC record last year with 13 interceptions Amerson had a very rough start to this years season against the Volunteers. Look for him to bounce back in a major way today against The Huskies.

Pick #3 Purdue (+14) Vs Notre Dame

Take the Boilermakers and the points.  The jet lag from the trip to Dublin and the transition from defending the triple option a week ago to a compete offense with a mobile QB will slow the Fighting Irish down enough to keep the Boilermakers in this game.  Notre Dame is without a doubt a more compete team on both sides of the ball but Purdue has enough offensive weapons to keep this game close.  Look for a score around 28-21

Good Luck!
